Check-in
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 21:00. Early check-in may be available on request, subject to room availability. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can prepare your welcome.
Check-out
Check-out is from 07:00 to 11:00. Late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability. Please speak to our reception team the evening before your departure.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 10 days before your scheduled arrival.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment is due upon check-out unless a prepaid rate was selected at the time of booking. A valid credit card may be required at check-in as a security deposit. We also accept social tourism programme vouchers.
Pets
We regret that pets are not permitted at Arktos Boutique Hotel. This policy ensures the comfort and wellbeing of all our guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any guest rooms or interior common areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A deep-cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected in a guest room.
Children
Children of all ages are warmly welcome at Arktos. A baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge, subject to availability. Children under 2 years stay free when using existing bedding.
Breakfast
A traditional Greek breakfast is available daily. Breakfast is served in our dining room from 08:00 to 10:00. Breakfast may be included in certain rate plans — please check your booking confirmation for details.
Parking
Free private parking is available on site for all guests. Parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Electric vehicle charging is not currently available on site.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel — in all guest rooms, the dining room, and common areas. Connection details are provided at check-in.
